Introduction

Visual Artists Ireland is currently compiling a database of artists that it can call on when asked to nominate an artist for a selection panel. As the representative organisation for professional visual artists in Ireland we are regularly asked to nominate practising artists to sit on selection panels for commissions and awards. In this role artists are nominated by Visual Artists Ireland to bring their skills as independent professional artists to a selection process. Artists do not act as representatives of Visual Artists lreland. In all cases a fee and expenses will be paid by the commissioning body.
